About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Finance team as a Treasury Risk Management Associate Vice President. This key role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on firm-wide risks, including market risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, and settlement risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance risk monitoring tools and processes to track and report on firm-wide current and potential future risk exposures.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, analysis, and inputs to ensure optimal utilization of resources in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and FP&A teams to assist with capital management and liquidity risk management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in treasury and risk management to enhance processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management preferred.
  • Professional designation (e.g., Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Risk Management certification, or the Certified Treasury Professional credential) preferred.
  • FINRA Series 99 or the ability to obtain it within 120 days of employment.
  • Proven experience in capital markets, risk management, treasury operations, and/or cash management, preferably within a broker-dealer or financial institution.
