ARC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist I - Product Assistance to enhance our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, professional customer service in a friendly and informative manner to clients seeking help with ARC's products and services. You will adeptly assess customer needs, identify optimal solutions, and communicate those solutions clearly.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with quality assurance standards. Aim to meet or surpass monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks, utilizing various computer applications while accurately addressing customer inquiries via phone or email.
- Document all customer interactions in the call/problem tracking system (CRM) promptly and thoroughly, showcasing strong business writing capabilities.
- Resolve intricate and challenging customer issues effectively.
- Contribute insights and feedback to management and colleagues regarding frontline experiences during team discussions.
- High School Diploma is required; some college education is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills is essential.
- Ability to type swiftly is necessary.
