Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Relations Associate I- Product Support to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide high-quality, professional customer service to customers seeking assistance with ARC products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service based on quality assurance call monitoring standards, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly.
  • Multitask efficiently, working on multiple computer applications while responding accurately to customer telephone inquiries and/or emails.
  • Enter all customer inquiries into the call/problem tracking system (CRM) in a timely, detailed manner, demonstrating strong business writing skills.
  • Resolve complex and difficult problems and issues with customers.
  • Provide ideas and feedback to management and coworkers about front-line situations during team meetings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; some college a plus.
  • Previous call center experience desired.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or general computer skills.
  • Ability to type quickly.
