Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Relations Associate I- Product Support to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide high-quality, professional customer service to customers seeking assistance with ARC products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service based on quality assurance call monitoring standards, meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly.
- Multitask efficiently, working on multiple computer applications while responding accurately to customer telephone inquiries and/or emails.
- Enter all customer inquiries into the call/problem tracking system (CRM) in a timely, detailed manner, demonstrating strong business writing skills.
- Resolve complex and difficult problems and issues with customers.
- Provide ideas and feedback to management and coworkers about front-line situations during team meetings.
- High school diploma required; some college a plus.
- Previous call center experience desired.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or general computer skills.
- Ability to type quickly.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
