Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a geographical territory to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and equipment rental market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
