Supervisor Role Overview

At AMF, we're seeking a skilled and dedicated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our entertainment center. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a world-class guest experience, driving sales, and developing a talented team of hourly center staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Focus: Deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and address guest complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Business Development: Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, capitalize on business opportunities, and grow our league business.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff, and lead them through effective motivation and delegation.
  • Food and Beverage: Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of our Food and Beverage program, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by your center.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Hospitality, Food and Beverage, or Restaurants
  • Skills: Solid communication skills, strong team player, people developer, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
