Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor to lead our team handling claims exclusively for a dedicated national retail client in Salem, OR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of adjusters, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely resolution of Oregon and Washington workers' compensation claims.
  • Ensure compliance with Oregon and Washington-specific workers' compensation laws and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication throughout the claims process.
  • Uphold CCMSI's corporate claim standards and ensure the quality of services delivered to our client.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years claim experience is required.
  • Three years supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Adjusters license is preferred.
  • AIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred.
