Role Overview
At AMF, we are seeking a skilled Mechanic Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our bowling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance on bowling equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to any necessary repairs and address any issues that may arise.
- Take pride in maintaining the equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs and monitor and perform daily center maintenance as instructed.
- Embrace the opportunity to complete the AMF Mechanic Assistant training program within the prescribed timeframe.
- Provide valuable assistance to the leadership teams and promptly report any issues and problems as needed.
- Identify and resolve common issues with equipment.
- Perform minor preventative maintenance tasks.
- Understand how to operate all bowling equipment in the center.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (Optional)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven team player
- Eager to continue training in order to advance into a Mechanic role
- Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply
