Role Summary:

The Inside Sales Agent plays a pivotal role in enhancing revenue by finalizing pending sales and minimizing cancellations from recently acquired customers. As a key representative of Refloor, the Inside Sales Agent is instrumental in gathering customer feedback, which is vital for our continuous improvement. While primarily part of the sales team, this role also collaborates closely with marketing and operations to fulfill its responsibilities. Ideal candidates will be data-oriented and customer-centric, dedicated to achieving both team and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with all pending sales leads to secure additional business.
  • Review and follow up on cancellations within Salesforce, working collectively to retain customers.
  • Present pricing structures, financing options, and promotional offers.
  • Finalize sales transactions, ensuring customer commitments and necessary documentation are completed.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Engage in monthly Performance Development Plans to boost sales effectiveness.
  • Share successful strategies with fellow team members.
  • Document all interactions and updates in Salesforce.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in telephonic or virtual sales preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
