About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Assistant Manager to join our team at PDS Health. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance and revenue growth strategy for our assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth strategy for assigned locations.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to understand and leverage knowledge of dental services in the local market.
  • Support the execution of the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) to gain Patients for Life (PFL).
  • Provide leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Supervise front office team members and support the development of successful patient communication skills.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
  • Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Provide feedback on tactics that change financial and patient outcomes.
  • Lead and participate in daily huddles and other meetings as required.
  • Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand and make decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework.
  • Subject Matter Expert in executing PDS' processes, systems, and tools.
  • Catalyst for the Perfect Patient Experience and HC Handoff to gain Patients for Life.
  • Support Clinicians' education and referrals regarding the Mouth-Body Connection.
  • Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure Compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business.
