  • Team Development: Work with team members to help develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
  • Financial Acumen: Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth, and ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Brand Stewardship: Demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand, making decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Be a subject matter expert in executing PDS' processes, systems, and tools, while actively contributing to their improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business
  • Skills and Abilities: Results Oriented, Effective Team Builder, Patient Advocate, Process Focused Operator, Financial Acumen, Influencer, Self-motivated, Reliable, and Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
