Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of our Expressly For You patient meal program, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage the operations of our retail food outlets, including the main cafeteria and coffee shop, to ensure that they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with catering operations, ensuring that events are well-planned and executed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our General Manager to achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, and mall food courts.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance, with a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in computer skills and report management, with experience in managing data and reports.
