Job Overview:

This role provides critical administrative and supervisory support to the property management team, focusing on vendor coordination and project oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless vendor interactions, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate records.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise vendors on-site, logging their presence and tracking project progress.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of vendor activity, including arrival and departure times, work completed, and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate regularly with property management and vendors to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as report preparation, mail handling, and supply inventory management.
  • Support emergency response procedures and ensure the safety and security of the property.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to address resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in property management or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in vendor coordination or property management preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and emergency response protocols.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for extended periods.
  • Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Navigate the property/building quickly and easily.
  • Work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly.

What We Offer:

As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.

Compensation: $20 - $22 Hourly.
