Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Satellite Communication Systems Development Engineer to join our team at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. As a member of our Advanced Satcom Systems and Operations Group, you will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge wireless communication systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in math and digital signal processing, as well as experience with MATLAB, Python, or other equivalent modeling and simulation tools. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to implement novel waveforms, digital signal processing algorithms, and dynamic resource allocation schemes.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to DoD policy, requirements, acquisition, systems engineering, and operations. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
