Job Description

As an Autonomous Systems GNC Engineer-Associate Staff, you will join a multidisciplinary team focused on advancing the technology and implementation of autonomous systems in the ocean, land, air, and space domains.

About the Team

The Control and Autonomous Systems Engineering Group is committed to creating innovative solutions for real-world problems through cutting-edge research and development. Our team is passionate about leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of what is possible with autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced algorithms for perception, state estimation, planning, and control of autonomous systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end autonomous systems
  • Contribute to the creation of publishable research and papers on cutting-edge topics in autonomous systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of experience in autonomous systems engineering, preferably with a focus on GNC and navigation
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and Linux environment
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-architected software
