Systems Engineer

Join a pioneering team at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where you'll be part of cutting-edge research in advanced sensor systems and command control architectures. As a Systems Engineer with expertise in RF/microwave hardware and/or radar systems engineering, you'll play a crucial role in designing, fabricating, integrating, testing, and analyzing sophisticated radar and sensor systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microwave system design and analysis, including antenna systems, radio receiver architectures, radar or radiometer systems, wireless communication systems, or microwave remote sensing. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field is required, although a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
You will work closely with our talented team to develop innovative solutions to complex problems, leveraging emerging technologies such as autonomy, distributed systems, signal and data processing algorithms, and open architectures. Your contributions will help drive the development of one-of-a-kind operational and experimental test assets, ensuring the success of our projects.
