Business Development Representative

Loma Systems, a leading manufacturer of inspection equipment, seeks a highly driven Business Development Specialist to join their North America Sales Team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities- Foster relationships with potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to grow sales by following established selling processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of industrial capital equipment solutions to effectively communicate Loma Systems' product offerings.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and CRM databases (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- The ability to work independently and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
