Executive Support Specialist

Collabera, a leading Global Digital Solutions Company, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $22 - $23 per hour
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will oversee and/or perform duties associated with scheduling, organizing, and operating complex conferences, seminars, and events. This includes arranging with vendors for services, overseeing the production and distribution of materials, administering logistics, and managing events within budget.
Additionally, the successful candidate will compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations, course handouts, grants, conferences, seminars, and reports. They will also perform substantial editing and fact-checking.
The role requires creating, maintaining, modifying, and ensuring the accuracy of content in various unit documents, displays, reports, brochures, social media, and/or websites.
