At Ellie Mental Health, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team to achieve our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session according to company guidelines
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.)
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
