Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as case management and coordination of services.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, etc.).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting mental health issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
