Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, & Ingham Co is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct and indirect services to adults with mental health and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Michigan State licensure or certification as a therapist.
  • At least one year of experience working with adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $58,843 - $66,788 annually.
  • Scheduled annual increases.
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule with on-call rotations.
