Senior Administrative Coordinator for Business Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Meharry Medical College. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in administrative support and is passionate about providing exceptional service.
Job SummaryThe Senior Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office activities, workflow processes, and performing various administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Coordinate and manage office activities, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and handling confidential documents.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including composing letters, emails, and other correspondence, as well as making travel arrangements and coordinating meetings.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial transactions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable, and reconciling financial statements.
- Schedule Management: Manage schedules, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum four years of related experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of institutional policies and procedures, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Meharry Medical College offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
