Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. You will also be responsible for documenting work requests, dispatching tasks, and monitoring environmental alarms, as well as assisting with special projects and providing feedback to leadership on process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include answering phones, responding to emails, and providing in-person support to our clients. You will also be responsible for documenting work requests, dispatching tasks, and monitoring environmental alarms. Additionally, you will assist with workflow and assignments for patient transporters and provide feedback to leadership on process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and relevant experience in an administrative support role and/or customer service. You should also possess strong skills in reading and writing English, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare, call center, or dispatch service is preferred.
