Job Description

Mesa Moving & Storage seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead the growth of our commercial client base. As a Commercial Sales Representative at Mesa Systems, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of business for our comprehensive moving and storage services. Your focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with commercial, office moving, and warehouse clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage sales efforts using tools like Outlook, HubSpot, and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Work closely with Operations to schedule projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and pursue sales leads within the commercial sector, presenting tailored solutions and providing proposals and quotes.
  • Maintain open communication with internal teams and clients to build strong relationships and streamline operations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Mesa's service offerings and boost revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Experience in estimating and quoting services is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Capacity to understand client needs, propose solutions, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $120,000 per year, with a performance-based compensation structure.
