Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Room Preparation: Set up and maintain meeting rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, and supply linens, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Event Support: Provide prompt and detailed service to clients, including supplying and setting up items not included in the room, such as flipcharts, whiteboards, and screens.
  • Communication: Maintain consistent phone and email communication with clients, guests, team members, and support departments to ensure updated information is shared.
  • Client Assistance: Offer assistance to clients and visitors throughout the building, including providing directions and escorting to conference rooms.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of all supplies and notify supervisors when additional supplies are needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service or houseman/porter experience preferred.
  • Lifting Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
