Ultimate Staffing is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our client's team. As a key member, you will communicate with clients, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service across phone, email, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and organize digital and physical files for easy access and tracking.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external contacts, ensuring smooth communication and consistent updates.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, meeting daily goals and deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone and in written communication.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new procedures and industry standards.
- Integrity: High standards of ethical and responsible behavior.
