Early Intervention Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at the American School for the Deaf. As a key member of our Birth-to-Three Program, you will provide essential support to families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with diverse populations. You will conduct initial evaluations and annual assessments, develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and provide regular home visits to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and annual assessments to identify children's developmental needs

- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and community agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with deaf and hard of hearing children and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
