Job Title: Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at Play 2 Learn. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing early intensive interventions for children with developmental delays and disabilities through family training and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress through multidisciplinary assessments and interpretation of test results.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate intervention plans for each family on caseload, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
• Provide supportive professional assistance to families, facilitating parent-child interactions and empowering parents to advocate for their child's needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Child/Human Development, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Family and Consumer Sciences, or an approved related field.
• Reliable, fully insured transportation for travel to homes and community locations.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
