Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk III. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department as needed.
  • Compile and update call logs, prepare and distribute documents and reports, and maintain division-wide contact information.
  • Utilize technology, such as computers and multi-function copiers, to perform office duties and communicate information in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Collect, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing electronic mail and postal mail, and manage building printers and resources.
  • Provide additional support as needed, including special projects, maintaining inventory, and distributing tools and resources.
  • Train and onboard new team members on departmental office procedures and maintain break spaces to ensure they are adequately stocked and organized.
Requirements
  • High school degree or GED is preferred.
  • 1+ years of clerical, customer service, or computer experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typing speed of 25 wpm required.
