Job Title: Senior Application Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Analyst to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application within our healthcare client's system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction on various technical topics to other team members
  • Manage an application project through the entire project life cycle while meeting project deadlines and initiatives
  • Coordinate the development of new functionality, testing, and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades
  • Fix system defects and serve as the resource for other application team members on technical and functional application analysis
  • Define system requirements and develop logical data models using best practices for build and configuration, maintenance, and data integrity
  • Work with cross-functional teams and clients to provide education on system functionality and configuration of new tools to increase end-user productivity within the application
  • Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols
  • Create and maintain all documentation for assigned applications
  • Develop, plan, and execute testing for supported applications
  • Communicate all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all necessary internal department teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with Epic Research, Epic Ambulatory, Epic Cogito, and Epic MyChart
