Administrative Assistant - Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional administrative support within our office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by maintaining efficiency and providing excellent support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input inbound and outbound load data into the system.
  • Track and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate records.
  • Communicate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and load activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to manage the flow of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and update records in the company's ERP system.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in agriculture or food production.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
