Essential Skills

The role involves interaction with design consultants, engineers, municipal representatives, and clients, with responsibilities extending from the office to various project sites.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Apple products, Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Drive, QuickBooks, and popular social media platforms is necessary. Marketing experience is a plus, as the owner is actively developing a marketing strategy for high-demand services. A solid understanding of real estate farming and financial management is beneficial.

Work Schedule

Availability for 3-4 weekdays is essential, with some flexibility for family commitments. Occasional weekend work may be required due to the nature of real estate and construction projects. This role has the potential to evolve from part-time to full-time, or remain part-time for the right candidate.
