Job Title: Project Accountant

DPR Construction is seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers with timely and accurate pay applications, including sub/vendor billings.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including BIE/CIE financial reporting.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including sending reports to supervisors and project managers.
  • Post subcontracts and ensure timely payments to sub/vendors.
  • Prepare and review job billings, including managing the GMP monthly billing list.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a cost accountant, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in accounting cost management software (CMiC or similar).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or CCIFP certification.
