The Partner Relations Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships, facilitating the onboarding of new merchants, enhancing product expertise, and liaising with Channel Strategy Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ISV partnerships and support the onboarding process for new merchants
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of EVO's product offerings and services
- Document activities within SalesForce and conduct quality assurance of CRM entries
- Engage with ISVs and POS resellers for Beta testing initiatives
- Recognize and escalate partner-related issues to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project-related challenges
- Assist with various tasks as required
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel or merchant services is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as SalesForce is essential
