The Partner Relations Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships, facilitating the onboarding of new merchants, enhancing product expertise, and liaising with Channel Strategy Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ISV partnerships and support the onboarding process for new merchants
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of EVO's product offerings and services
  • Document activities within SalesForce and conduct quality assurance of CRM entries
  • Engage with ISVs and POS resellers for Beta testing initiatives
  • Recognize and escalate partner-related issues to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project-related challenges
  • Assist with various tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
