About the Role

As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with our pre-sales experts to understand customer challenges and craft tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for Opportunities: Engage with prospects through calls, networking, social media, and industry events to identify new business opportunities.
  • Consultative Approach: Partner with our pre-sales experts to understand customer challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present and Persuade: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of our offerings and drive sales growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop effective sales strategies and manage pipelines efficiently using Dynamics CRM.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing directly to team success and leadership objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ERP Expertise: A solid background in ERP sales or management consulting, with a knack for solution selling.
  • Driven to Close: A proven track record in exceeding quotas and closing substantial deals (>$300K contract value).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and essential productivity tools.
  • Communication Ace: Strong interpersonal skills and articulate communication abilities.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: A high-energy, proactive approach to achieving results.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
