Join Our Team:
Boston Residential Concierge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced concierge to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a proven track record of success in a similar role.

About the Role:
The concierge will be the primary point of contact for residents and will be responsible for providing a wide range of services including package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations, and additional requests upon demand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, previous customer service or hospitality experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
  • Provide resident services such as package and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval, transportation options, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations, and additional requests upon demand.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Team player
