About the Role

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Personal Care Specialists to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with medically fragile patients preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
