The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

About the Job
In this role, you will assess patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide physical therapy treatments, including exercise programs and modalities.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Baccalaureate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in Washington State.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
