This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $62,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan options. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Achieve Center, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized therapy services that cater to children's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current WA State license as an Occupational Therapist and graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- An understanding of child development and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members.
