Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate COTA to join our team in Spokane Valley, Washington. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their functional abilities.
  • Implement occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and equipment recommendations, to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to meet regulatory requirements and optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active unrestricted WA license as a COTA.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in skilled home health care, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Active BLS certification via the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to provide at least one supervisory reference.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $26,112 per month (based on 40 hours/week) plus additional benefits, including:
