Job Overview

At Bravas, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. Our Service Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients experience the best in audio, video, and home automation technology.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with installed systems.
  • Access customer systems remotely to provide network-based solutions.
  • Establish remote monitoring systems and enroll clients in service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to identify and rectify recurring problems.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturer Tech Support for accurate troubleshooting.
  • Manage advanced replacements and assist with upselling opportunities.
  • Determine and document any billable labor and materials as necessary.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of required parts.
  • Set realistic completion timelines and manage client expectations.
  • Configure, program, and troubleshoot networks, control systems, and surveillance equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily work orders in job management software.
  • Ensure precise time clock entries and job costing.
  • Be accountable for time and materials used.
  • Provide client training and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
  • Travel locally to various job sites.
  • Disseminate relevant information through training or communication as required.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for all assigned assets and property.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly to high-profile clients.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and ensure network/home security.
  • Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations, including traffic laws.
Qualifications:
  1. Ability to adapt to customer needs outside of standard working hours.
  2. Capability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  3. Willingness to stand or stoop for extended periods.
  4. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
  5. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  6. A security license is preferred for service technicians and required for security technicians.
