First Defense Security is actively seeking skilled Security Systems Technicians to install advanced Smart Home/Automation and security solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are in search of individuals who possess strong networking and prospecting abilities. Our ideal candidate should:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in low voltage installation, preferably within the security sector
  • Be familiar with systems such as 2GIG and Qolsys; relevant certifications are preferred
  • Exhibit self-motivation and a robust drive for success
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Be capable of installing systems in residential settings and small to medium-sized enterprises
  • Be adaptable and open to coaching
  • Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Possess the necessary tools and obtain required licensing for job performance
  • Hold a valid driver's license, insurance, and have access to a reliable vehicle

We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience, along with bonuses for achieving monthly targets. Technicians will receive full commission on any sales they generate for the company. A motivated individual has the potential to earn a six-figure income. We provide clear guidance on how to achieve this level of success through dedicated effort.
