Position Overview:
As a pivotal leader in the Asset Management Strategy team, you will spearhead the execution and integration of the Value Framework across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in establishing governance structures that promote the consistent application of value models in investment business cases, ultimately enhancing capital allocation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of GTM strategies, ensuring the precise application of quantitative value models within Enbridge's Asset Investment Planning & Management software.
  • Formulate and lead organizational change strategies to facilitate the adoption of value assessment methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management and stakeholders to align value and risk models with organizational risk management protocols.
  • Establish frameworks that support the application of value models and the completion of assessments across various departments.
  • Develop and maintain processes that ensure consistent value assessments across all operational areas, fostering effective decision-making.
  • Oversee quality assurance and control activities related to data inputs and outputs for value model development.
  • Implement methodologies for assessing and analyzing investment value drivers across diverse investment portfolios.
  • Support integration of value assessment processes with critical Asset Management practices.
  • Enhance the AIPM Business Case Development practices through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Design and refine an Investment Lifecycle Stage-Gating process to clarify roles and expectations in business case development.
  • Supervise the quality assurance of investments throughout their lifecycle, ensuring data integrity for decision-making.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the Copperleaf application, collaborating with relevant functions to ensure its effective sustainment.
Qualifications:
  • A university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in asset management or related fields.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing complex strategic processes.
  • Strong understanding of value assessment methodologies and their application in decision-making.
  • Experience in developing change management strategies to guide organizational transitions.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Solid grasp of financial concepts, including project return assessments and budgeting processes.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the Natural Gas Industry.
  • Experience in developing and applying value assessment methodologies.
  • Technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Experience in the design and improvement of integrated management systems.
Working Conditions:
  • Work will be conducted in both field and office environments.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Flexibility in work arrangements may be available based on role requirements.
