Required Qualifications- Board certified in Pulmonology at the time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
- Board eligible in Sleep Medicine at time of employment
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR
The salary range for this position is $317,883 to $505,629 per year. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
