Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Promotions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative promotions and special events that drive traffic and increase profitability.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and communicate promotional and special events schedule for property and interface impacted departments to ensure coordination and success.
* Assist in departmental budget, goals, and implementation strategy to create profitability for the property.
* Develop and maintain working relationships with current and potential outside vendors.
* Hire, train, and evaluate all promotional staff including supervisors and attendants.
* Solicit, negotiate, and contract outside entertainment for special events.
* Coordinate outside ticket sales and group contracts for all promotional events.

### Qualifications

* BS in Marketing or four or more (4+) years experience in a related field.
* Working knowledge of computer programs and software.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures.
* Able to attain state gaming license.
* Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
