Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at Humana. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and building relationships with our customers, external business partners, and the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, external business partners, and the community through telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Drive self-generated sales and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to increase sales and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Active Health & Life Insurance licenses or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to build community relationships and drive self-generated sales.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Great with laptop computers, cell phones, and the ability to navigate mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Telephonic sales skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of Medicare products or background selling Medicare products a plus.
  • Good listening and intuitive skills.
  • Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance.
