Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with senior executives and C-suite leaders, presenting tailored AV solutions, and managing accounts to drive long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of B2B sales experience, excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, and confidence in a performance-based sales environment with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities- Actively prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
- Conducting on-site assessments to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and manage accounts
- Exceeding sales goals and driving long-term partnerships
- Proven B2B sales experience in technical or capital equipment sales
- Strong track record of selling to C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Ability to generate and close new business opportunities within 90 days
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in a performance-based sales environment with uncapped earning potential
Our compensation package includes a base salary, lucrative commissions, bonuses, and other performance-based incentives, with an estimated annual OTE of $250,000+.
