ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a clinician at FOCUS, you will provide comprehensive assessment, evaluation, and treatment for a diverse range of clients.

Our therapists work collaboratively to deliver tailored services that actively involve parents in their child's developmental journey through direct therapy, coaching, and resource sharing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate state licensure, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience in evaluating and treating pediatric delays and disorders is preferred.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Adhere to FOCUS policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Function effectively as a team member, sharing professional knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for young children at risk for or identified with developmental delays.
  • Develop interventions and consult with team members as necessary, bringing expertise in early speech and language acquisition, communication disorders, and fluency.
  • Create family-centered, parent-driven Individualized Family Support Plans (IFSP) and provide intervention services aligned with IFSP goals.
  • Support goal follow-through using strategies integrated into daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records for each client and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and similar activities.
  • Maintain professional, confidential relationships with clients and community members.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing client caseloads independently.

SALARY:
Compensation ranges from $73,500 to $82,000, depending on experience and educational qualifications.
