Key Responsibilities:

SCOPE OF WORK:

Responsible for the leadership, management, and oversight of electrical projects. Ensure safe installations, modifications, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and related materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial sectors.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Lead and manage teams consisting of crew leaders, journeypersons, apprentices, and helpers.
  • Plan project tasks and ensure timely scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to align with project scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Oversee on-site management of assigned construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Review project documentation, plans, and specifications; direct construction activities, resolve issues, coordinate field installations, and manage project close-outs.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for team members as required.
  • Possess a Journeyman's license where applicable.

Internal Collaboration: Report to the General Superintendent and interact with Project Management and field personnel, as well as support teams in Estimating, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and other corporate services.

External Collaboration: Engage with owners, representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and other project-related entities.

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • EDUCATION: High school diploma, college degree, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four years in field supervision or management, meeting position requirements.
  • SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, organizational abilities, and proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
