Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician to join our team at the Department of Health and Human Services. As a Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, and community health centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and infant patients.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, as well as order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and social and environmental factors.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a residency program in a relevant specialty, such as family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics.
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty, such as family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the United States.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
