Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers in the property management and facilities maintenance industries.

Your primary objective will be to educate and build trust with our customers about the benefits of surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing.

You will work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain and expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with 10-15 contacts a day to discuss surface repair solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B-to-B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
